Milk was founded by Ella and later evolved into a family business.

Their great aunt ran a PR business in the 1960s, and her motto was, “We make people rich and famous”. Inspired by her work and her attitude, the cousins set up their first headquarters in their grandmother’s flat, who fuelled their pitch writing with ajvar and bread.

Milk has come a long way since those early days and now has its own office in North West London, home to the team and the hub of the agency’s day-to-day work.
